Simple Things

We all survived the first week of school...and as a treat, rented movies for this weekend!We watched Rio Friday night, ate popcorn and M & M's, and had a great time. The movie was so cute- recommend it if you haven't seen it!

Saturday we painted- per Sarah Claire's request! They had a great time- Anna Britten really got into it...

Saturday afternoon it began to rain, the kids were outside playing and I just decided to let them keep on...no thunder and lightning, just rain, so...

Fun, huh? They had a blast!!
Mark worked a good bit this weekend. When he got home Saturday night we ate pizza and had ice cream, put the kids in bed, and sat down to watch a movie. We watched Soul Surfer...it was so inspirational. Really puts life in persepective and makes me want to live each day to the fullest!

When Dr. Henry asked him how old he was he said "6"...I know it was nerves...he quickly corrected himself and said "7". So proud of him and this decision.
